OV Finally Reveals What Happened Between Her And Stonebwoy (video)

Barbara Naa Okailey Nyarko well known as OV has finally revealed what happened between her and her former boss, Stonebwoy.

Former Burniton Music Group signee, OV has opened up about her exit from Stonebwoy’s music label.

OV signed a one year deal with Stonebwoy after winning the MTN Hitmaker season 7 in 2018. She then released some songs with the dancehall artists her record label mate, Kelvyn Boy.

A few months into her contract, Stonebwoy had issues with his then manager Blakk Cedi which resulted in both OV and Kelvyn Boy leaving the music label.

When the new broke out, Ghanaians didn’t understand why Stonebwoy would terminate her contract. According to OV, she was as shocked as all of us because he didn’t understand either.

She made it that she didn’t take any side in Stonebwoy’s beef with his manager so the news really dumbfounded her.

“Well I didn’t take sides, let me correct that. After a press release came out where he laid me off, I mean he didn’t say that but that’s what happened; he laid me off. According to him, he had to fix something in the label and that is why I also stayed away,” she said.
