Controversial Ghanaian music executive and patron of Bhim Nation, Ayisha Modi has exposed rival, Diamond Appiah for allegedly duping her in a real estate business deal.
Ayisha Modi who went low-key for sometime has returned with fire this time and she claims Diamond took $40,000 from her to supply her with land in East Legon but after 2years, she has not laid her hands on the land she supposedly bought.
She called out Diamond Appiah in a series of posts on social media subtly detailing how Diamond Appiah makes money by duping real estate investors.
The friend of Dancehall singer, Stonebwoy warned Diamond Appiah giving her a 1 month ultimatum to give her the land before the worse happens to her.
Ayisha wrote: “I have sent messages, I have asked people to call you for my land papers and u kept telling them the Man U bought the land from is not in gh,”
She added: “Madam point of correction I don’t know any man and I don’t care 🤷♀️, all I need is my land papers. I will post the date that money was transferred to ur account in Ghana for u to see how long and how patient I have been with u.
“Enough is Enough rich lady. I beg you in the name of God or else what will happen will happen,”
