Nigerian singer and songwriter, JoeBoy premieres his brand-new song, “Body & Soul.”
The talented afrobeat artist starts off 2023 strong with this potential street anthem, which was produced by E-Kelly. This succeeds his successful debut concert, dubbed “JoeBoy Live in Ghana,” which took place at The Garage. ‘Body & Soul’ serves as a follow-up single for his hit-record, ‘Likkle Riddim‘.

Since his entry into the music business as a recording musician, Smallgod has collaborated with a wide range of notable artists both domestically and internationally, including Tiwa Savage, Tory Lanez, Black SherifKwesi Arthur, Major League DJZ, and many more.

The Ghanaian music executive kicks off 2023 with a massive collaboration titled ‘Automatic,’ featuring Nigerian heavyweight talent Lojay. Smallgod’s discography is filled with incredible songs and artist features, and ‘Automatic’ is no exception.

When DJ Spinall and Olamide last worked together, the result was the 2017 single “Gimme Love,” a bouncy and lighthearted song produced by Pheelz that left fans eager for more from both artists. After six years, they have returned with a brand-new song called “Bunda,” featuring Kemuel, a rising Afrobeats artist.

Olamide keeps up the incredible streak of his last year’s collaborations, while Kemuel took a chance as a rookie and didn’t hold back.

Sarkodie, Ghana’s top rapper, is featured in the revival of the legendary Bob Marley’s hit song, “Stir It Up”.
The late Bob Marley and The Wailers recorded and created the original album. This masterpiece was released by Island Records as a part of an upcoming album project.

The soothing songs of the late Jamaican singer “whose tongue never dies” are expected to be revived on this unnamed album. ‘Stir It Up‘ featuring Sarkodie has been altered into a Reggae-Rap record which MOG Beatz mixed and mastered.

In his first entry of the year, Nigerian Afrobeats prodigy Minz makes sure not to disappoint with his latest single. The emPawa recording music artiste keeps the buzz surrounding his previously song ‘Wo Wo’ with a remix featuring new school heavyweights BNXN fka Buju along with versatile Nigerian musician Blaqbonez.

The trio, who have recently been at the peak of their game, beautifully merged their vocals on the remix of “Wo Wo.” Particularly Blaqbonez and BNXN had a successful year, producing massive records and selling out concerts both inside and outside of Nigeria.

Canada-based Nigerian singer-songwriter and producer Nonso Amadi has just dropped a new song called “Ease Up.” After a stellar performance the year before, the singer’s 2023 performance gets underway early.

Nonso Amadi, Harper Gordon, and TJ Whitelaw collaborated to co-produce the song ‘Ease Up.’ Like most of his releases, the song is, as usual, addressed to his love interest.

The year 2023 is off to an early start for well-known Nigerian singer Ajebutter22. The rapper’s much awaited album, Soundtrack To The Good Life, has finally been made public. The album is unquestionably a soundtrack for the rich life, just like its title suggests.

The opening track on the CD features poet and creative storyteller Koromone eloquently defining what the good life is. She talked about luxury travel, island resorts that resembled a tropical paradise, sparkling wines, lamb chops, and more. The second song, titled “Soft Life,” features Mavin Records rapper Ladipoe helping Ajebutter22.

With a total of 15 tracks, Soundtrack To The Good Life also includes other incredible songs like “Enjoyment” with Ajebo Hustlers, “Unconditionally” with Oxlade, and others. Ajebo Hustlers, Not3s, Mellissa, Ladipoe, Jeff Akoh, Kida Kudz, Joey B, KiDi, Oxlade, and other well-known artists are included on the album.

2023 has already kicked off with vibes in session. The January release of GRIND DONT STOP’s (GDS) new E.P is set to revolutionise the African music scene. Their unique blend of soulful RnB and afrobeats creates a sound quite unlike anything else out there. ‘A lifetime is not enough‘ consists of 6 tracks each with their own distinct flavour, perfect for DJs looking to bring something new to the dancefloor.

Viral sensation, Camidoh, joined forces with GDS to sprinkle his magic onto every track, adding an element of surprise to this exciting new release. In 2022 Camidoh’s song ‘Sugarcane’ was a global success, spreading his name across the world of social media and beyond. With GDS and Camidoh uniting for this EP music fans are in for a real treat!

AKA makes a comeback with “Prada,” a new song that features Khuli Chana. The track is from “Mass Country,” his upcoming album.

The long-awaited release of AKA’s new album is just around the corner. It has been so long since we have awaited it. Originally scheduled for release this month, the well-known emcee later changed the date to February 24.

Last year, AKA released the tracks “Lemons (Lemonade)” with Nasty C and “Paradise” with Musa Keys & Gyakie. The songs got favorable reviews. Supa Mega recently released “Prada” as the third album single after teasing it on social media. Khuli Chana made contributions to it.

Ghanaian singer-songwriter and producer Bisa Kdei makes a triumphant comeback with an outstanding new studio project. The fourth studio album by Bisa Kdei, “Original,” features fourteen masterfully composed tracks.

Sefa, KiDiCamidoh, and Stonebwoy are just a few of the incredible Ghanaian artists on the “Original” album. Bisa Kdei collaborates on international features with Nigerian Teni and Ghanaian-Dutch football player Memphis Depay.
