‘I Was Afraid’ – Arrested BRT Bus Driver Opens Up About Death Of Bamise Ayanwole

The BRT bus driver who was arrested in connection with the kidnapping and murder of 22-year-old Bamise Ayanwole has now spoken out about the tragic occurrence.

Andrew Nice, 47, who went into hiding and was arrested today, spoke to TVC news about how he picked up Bamise and how some passengers he had picked up tried to kidnap her.

He revealed that he felt helpless and horror-stricken when the men tried to kidnap the lady in the bus. He also explained why he fled when a woman was assaulted inside his bus.

On Saturday, March 4th, 2022, Miss Oluwabamise Ayanwola unexpectedly vanished while traveling on the Lagos Bus Service Limited, LBSL, a Lagos State Government bus franchise service.

Her deceased body was later discovered on the side of the road, with some of her body parts gone. Nigerians on social media have however called out for justice following her demise.
