Davido Drops Visuals To Recent Single, ‘Stand Strong’

Davido Music Worldwide headline act, David Adedeji Adeleke, known within the showbiz circles as Davido has finally published the video to his recent song, ‘Stand Strong‘.

The highly rated Nigerian Afrobeats recording artiste and entertainer on Friday, 13th May, 2022 served his listeners with a masterpiece titled; “Stand Strong” featuring Sunday Service Choir.

‘Stand Strong’, debuted on the Apple Music Top 100 in over 16 countries during its first week of release. It also gathered over 1 million and 2 million streams on Spotify Apple music respectively in one week.

As a follow up, the multiple award winning singer has blessed the screens with an eye pleasing visuals to the chart topping record. Watch ‘Stand Strong’ video below.

Meanwhile; Organizers of the Annual Headies Awards on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 released the list of nominees for the 15th edition which will be held on Saturday July, 2, 2022 in Atlanta, Georgia USA.

The 2022 nomination list saw the likes of raving recording acts Portable, Magixx, Ugoccie, Fave, Oxlade, Ayra Starr, Ruger, Fireboy DML, among other artists grabbing nomination in various categories.

Missing in the nomination list was raving Nigerian act, Cheque. The ‘Zoom’ hit-maker has taken to his official social media page to lash out at the Headies organizers for failing to recognize his works.

According to him, Nigerian hip hop has is stagnant due to the lack of recognition from the industry. “Another year and the HEAdIES fails to recognize my music in the Rap category, while melodic rappers like Durk and Roddy are idolized in the rap scene worldwide That’s why HiPhop has remained Stagnant HERE but It’s Calm I will still be dropping HiTs even if I don’t get my Flowers”, he tweeted.
